Social welfare projects benefit every section of society far more when carried out by empowered government officials than by individuals alone. This Eethal Idhayam Trust is the expression of my long-held dream — to bring together, through their own hard work, the younger generation who join government service and work honestly for social good, and to create a new trust that benefits the marginalised.
Therefore, this trust is being built with honest government officials at its core. Projects can be executed through government officials — but giving those projects real shape requires people with genuine social concern.
So it is with great joy that I share that Eethal Idhayam Trust sets out on its journey together not only with government officials, but with all good hearts who carry the spirit of serving the people.
